IVF Basics® SpermTec M is designed for all human sperm washing and sperm preparation techniques including swim-up and density gradient centrifugation. It can also be used for intrauterine insemination (IUI).
IVF Basics® SpermTec M contains HEPES, no CO2 incubation is required.

Composition:
IVF Basics® SpermTec M is a ready-to-use HEPES-buffered medium which contains bicarbonate, physiologic salts, glucose, lactate, pyruvate, phenol red, 10mg/liter gentamicin sulphate (medicinal substance) and 5g/liter HSA (medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma).
