HTF and HTF HEPES with HSA - IVF Basics®
IVF Basics® HTF and HTF HEPES with HSA are ready-to-use media and have been developed for washing, handling, conditioning and culturing of human gametes and embryos.
IVF Basics® HTF 0.4% HSA should be pre-equilibrated overnight or at least for a minimum of 4 hours before use at 37ºC and 5% CO2.
IVF Basics® HTF HEPES 0.4% HSA contains HEPES, no CO2 incubation is required.

Composition:
IVF Basics® HTF and IVF Basics® HTF HEPES with 0.4% HSA consist of a balanced physiologic salt solution, supplemented with carbohydrate energy sources such as glucose, pyruvate and lactate, and 10mg/liter gentamicin sulphate (medicinal substance). IVF Basics® HTF 0.4% HSA is bicarbonate buffered while IVF Basics® HTF HEPES 0.4% HSA additionally contains HEPES.
IVF Basics® HTF 0.4% HSA and IVF Basics® HTF HEPES 0.4% HSA are presupplemented with 4g/liter HSA (medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma) and are ready-to-use.
